A figure standing in the center of the space casts their shadow onto two paintings - one dark, one light. The projections of their shadows create distinct gold and silver versions of the figure images. As they step out of the light's crossing axis, their projections loose the quality of precious metals and become painted images. The source is diffused so that other shadows appearing in the room, have no effect on the paintings other than the sudden appearance of the figures as metalic structures. |
