An empty lot below the Melon Bank headquaters in Pittsburgh was covered with slag ash from a steel mill and a section of the ash was covered with shredded car scrap from a local scrap yard. Steel elements from the salvage of a nuclear submarine were arranged with lights in an array suggested by Nasa's proposal for extra terrestial mining. | ||||||||
